The Plantronics A10-16 Cable is a special cord that allows for Plantronics headsets/H-Series, to be connected to a dedicated headset port on telephones. The A10-16 cable has a smoke colored plug. There are many Plantronics cables that look exactly alike and have the same RJ9 jack. Please contact us to make sure the A10 is compatible with your telephone.
Note: If you find the volume too low using this cable. We also have the Plantronics A10-12 Cable (high output) available as alternative. It has about 6dB higher output. Most phones do not need this since it will produce distortion if the volume is too high.
