New Headset Services To Help Everyone

Its been in the works for some time now but it is finally coming to fruition!  Headsets Plus will soon create several new target services.  Headsets Helpline will be for those specifically seeking help with setup or troubleshooting their headsets.  Mobile Phone Headsets will pertain to those seeking specific products and assistance for cell phones.  Headsets Repairline will soon be up and it will allow customers the options of sending their Headsets in for repair.  And last but not least Call Centers Headsets is being developed to help our commercial customers with their specific call center needs.

Many people search the web looking for help setting up and trouble shooting their headset.  Headsets Plus is one the most knowledgeable and experience experts in the Headset world.  Our customer service cant be beat because of our hands on experience installing and troubleshooting headsets over the past 20 years.  That's a lot of practice! 

Customers have always had questions for picking out the best Blue tooth headset for their cell phone but we are expecting a tidal wave of new Blue Tooth users.  The reason for this expectation is because Apple's new Iphone no longer has an ear bud jack.  Apple is an innovator and like it or not other brands will probably follow suit.  Headsets plus offers Blue Tooth headsets as well as Blue Tooth ear buds.  We look forward to helping everyone get through this storm of change that Apple is leading us through.

Their are some common issues that we here about in our support department from various headsets models.  So we asked ourselves, we know how to repair these headsets, so why cant we offer that service to our customers?  That is exactly what we hope to do.  We are still setting everything up but we are excited to offer that level of service to our customers one day soon.  If you are in desperate need of a repair you can always contact us and we can point you in the right direction!
